We are thankful that all of the insurance networks, for which we are preferred providers, have communicated with us that they are covering TeleMental Health Services just like they do face to face services in our office. Indeed, it is one of the unique outcomes of the COVID years to finally allow for services to be covered virtually by insurance companies.

You are welcome to come to our office as usual for your appointment, or you can request to have a TeleMental Health session, if you would like to do so. Please let us know your preference and we will set up either an on-site or a virtual session for you.

Our staff at APS wanted to let you know that we are all available to provide you timely and secure help even from the comfort of your own home.  We already have the systems in place to do this with our email system and communication system as well.

If you go to our scheduling page, you will be able to choose “TeleMental Health Services” to see your provider.  Once that appointment is made, we can help determine if you will need to pay out of pocket due to no insurance, or if we can go ahead and bill your insurance as usual.
